Matt Roberts
Chief Executive Officer
Matt Roberts has been with TOPS Products since 2008 and has held high-level executive positions in the business services industry for more than 25 years. Beginning his career as a sales rep, Matt worked his way up to sales management and leadership positions where he managed large accounts and sales teams. He earned an MBA from Lehigh University and a BS in Economics from Lafayette College in Easton, PA.
A diehard Philadelphia Eagles fan, Matt frequently watches replays of Super Bowl LII ("the greatest football game, ever") and reruns of the movie Invincible. He is also very opinionated and passionate about good New York style pizza, which can be hard to find in the Chicagoland area.
Dave Garber
Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Dave Garber has been with TOPS Products for the past 13 years. With over 20 years of experience in the Office Products industry and a background in finance, accounting and sales, Dave leads the TOPS Sales and Marketing team. He is a graduate of Miami of Ohio University and has a master’s degree from Gannon University.
Dave is originally from Northeast Ohio and is an avid Ohio State University Fan. He actually pronounces Michigan: "Me-Chicken". He enjoys golf and recently scored his first ace, although no one from the office witnessed it, so everyone is a little skeptical.
Bill Baird
Senior Vice President, Manufacturing & Distribution
Bill Baird has been with TOPS Products since 2009. He has been with LSC Communications since 1984, holding positions as VP of Manufacturing in the book group, the direct mail group, European operations, and eventually with TOPS. Bill was promoted to SVP of Manufacturing and Distribution in 2015. He holds a BA from Knox College and an MBA from the University of Iowa.
Bill grew up racing motorcycles throughout the Midwest. He enjoys fast cars and even faster machines (that run safely and produce good quality products, of course).
Noël Leatherbury
Chief Human Resources Officer
Noël Leatherbury, the newest member of the TOPS leadership team, has years of HR leadership experience. Noël came from Novipax, where she was VP of Human Resources and Customer Service and responsible for building the HR organization to a stand-alone company. She also led the successful implementation of a new HCM system, developed a robust benefit strategy, and supported the acquisition of PPI into the company. Noël has a BS in Microbiology from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
Noël is an identical twin who frequently stands in for her so she can spend twice the time focusing on our employees or pretending she knows how to play golf.
Joe Calvey
Vice President, Finance
Joe Calvey joined TOPS Products in 2014 and leads the Accounting and Finance teams. He has held various positions through mergers, acquisitions, and splits from Wallace Computer Services to LSC Communications. Joe’s first assignment in internal auditing back in 1996 was at the TOPS Covington, TN facility, so finding his way back to TOPS was destiny. Joe is a graduate from the University of Wisconsin and a registered CPA in the state of Illinois.
Joe ("Mr. Wisconsin") roots for all sports teams from the Dairy Land and he’s a proud owner of the Green Bay Packer football team. During fall and winter weekends you can be assured Joe is closely following his beloved Badgers and Packers.
